Jessica Branson

TOP SF REALTOR®

Passion for Real Estate
Born and raised in Chicago, Jessica moved to San Francisco in 1994, drawn by its natural beauty and free-thinking culture. She began her career in digital media, joining CNET in 1997 as an editor. Around that time, she seized the opportunity to purchase the two-unit Mission District building she had been renting, becoming a landlord in her mid-20s and quickly mastering San Francisco’s complex rent control and condo conversion laws.

Proven Business Leader
By 2005, Jessica had become the youngest female Vice President on CNET’s business team, managing a multimillion-dollar P&L and leading large teams and projects to success. Her growing personal real estate portfolio gave her the flexibility to follow her passion — and in 2006, she earned her real estate license. In her first year, she was named Rookie of the Year, out-selling hundreds of new agents at her firm.

Top of Her Field
Nearly two decades later, Jessica ranks among the city’s top agents year after year. She is an expert in competitive single-family home sales, TICs, multi-unit investments, high-return renovations, and luxury condos. Her holdings span Bernal Heights, Noe Valley, Jackson Hole, WY, and Bozeman, MT — giving her first-hand knowledge of both primary and investment markets.

A Shark-Like Deal Maker
Jessica is known for winning — whether securing the highest possible price for her sellers or helping buyers prevail in competitive bidding. Her listings sell quickly, often with multiple offers and well above the average sale price. She prepares properties with meticulous attention to detail, eliminating surprises for her clients. Her intelligence, negotiation skills, and strategic instincts are unmatched — and her clients’ wins are her greatest satisfaction.

Flawless Reputation
Respected by peers and trusted by clients, Jessica is known as a tough yet fair deal maker. Her direct, honest, down-to-earth approach builds lasting relationships and ensures smooth transactions — agents want to work with her, which benefits every client she represents.

Life Beyond Real Estate
Jessica is married to a French-American technology journalist, and together they have two college-aged children who both attended The French American International School & International High School. In their free time, Jessica and her husband enjoy traveling, hiking, skiing, reading physical books, and exploring San Francisco’s vibrant culinary scene. Jessica is a board member of the Bernal Heights Housing Corporation whose mission is to create more affordable housing throughout San Francisco.
