We are three siblings that sold our dad’s home of many years at the border of Cole Valley/Ashbury Heights. We interviewed multiple realtors and initially chose Jessica because she was very straightforward and down-to-earth, and seemed totally familiar with the San Francisco real estate market. On her first walk-through of the house, she clearly saw what needed to be done, but didn’t try to sell us on investing a large amount of money in upgrades that we would be unlikely to recoup. She also had clear ideas of how to show off the best features of the home and provide potential buyers with a vision of the home’s incredible potential.

Jessica’s team proved to be incredibly well-organized and efficient. She communicated very clearly what needed to be done, what we needed to do, and what the timelines and next steps would be. She always asked if there were decisions to be made, and laid out pros and cons (e.g. should we replace the carpet?) so that making decisions was easy.  Her team kept commitments on timing in all aspects of the preparation for sale.  They organized and coordinated with reliable contractors to perform all the necessary repairs and the suggested upgrades including painting, landscaping, carpet replacement and minor repairs.

When we were actually ready to put the house on the market, Jessica provided a very thorough analysis of recent sales and the rationale for her sales strategy. That strategy yielded multiple offers, including several that far exceeded our expectations.  Jessica made the disclosures, inspections, response to offers, and closing processes all seem straightforward, and she was always one step ahead of what needed to happen to ensure a rapid and seamless closing.
